2. Change look of enemies and make them different within in each level

From your proposed modifications: if you are creating several levels just make sure that they are unique from each other. New differently functioning enemies can definitely be significant. Multiple doors falls under having new different levels with their own designs so wouldn't really be a modification in itself. When you submit your full project if you are focusing on new levels or changes to levels for your modifications you should list out the levels as your modifications and describe how that level is unique from the others.
